Shipping policy

Orders contain physical vouchers or other physical items. At checkout you can choose delivery to an available address or free pickup from Deluxe Cinemas, Shop 24, The Tannery, 3 Garlands Road, Woolston, Christchurch 8023.

For New Zealand delivery, the checkout currently offers Non-Rural Delivery for NZ$5.15 and Rural Delivery for NZ$14.28. Select the option that matches your address. Delivery normally takes 2–7 business days. The final available service and charge are shown before you pay. If you are unsure whether an address is rural, contact us before ordering.

For free pickup from Deluxe, wait until you receive the ready-for-pickup email before coming to the cinema, and bring your order confirmation or order number. If an item is missing or damaged in transit, contact info@deluxecinemas.co.nz so we can help.
